Notes are stored locally on your device using local app storage (AsyncStorage). NotebyDance does not sync your notes to cloud services. If you uninstall the app, your locally stored notes may be removed by the operating system.

4. Device Permissions

- Google Play: distribution and app updates are provided through Google Play.

Because notes are stored locally, you control retention.
- Delete a note: you can delete any note inside the app.
- Clear all data: the app provides a clear all data option in Settings.
- Uninstall: removing the app typically removes locally stored data as well.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures within the app to support safe local storage. No method of storage is completely secure, and the security of your device also depends on your system settings, device access controls, and installed applications.
- We do not transmit your notes to our servers because the app does not provide cloud sync.
- We recommend using a device lock screen and keeping your operating system updated.
8. Children's Privacy
NotebyDance is not designed to collect personal data from children. Since the app does not require accounts and does not request personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
